yeah i hit the gym around 8 am today then went home to feed my dogs and lizard then went to work until now it was boring :( hows work tonight??

martial arts then eventually mma helped me with all that i hate that its viewed as such a horrible sport when it helps angry kids channel their anger in a better more legal way

do you jump rope?? you should add that to your cardio for foot work watch a video of boxers jump roping and try all those techniques
